Terms & Conditions – Sciascia Holz GmbH

These Terms & Conditions govern all business transactions between Sciascia Holz GmbH (“we,” “our,” or “the company”) and our clients (“you” or “the buyer”). By purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms:

2. Orders & Pricing

  • All orders must be confirmed in writing via email or signed contract.

  • Prices are quoted in the agreed currency and may vary depending on market conditions at the time of order confirmation.

  • Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment must be made according to the agreed terms stated in the invoice or contract.

  • Late payments may result in interest charges and suspension of further deliveries until settlement.

  • Ownership of goods remains with Sciascia Holz GmbH until full payment is received.

4. Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery terms (Incoterms) will be clearly stated in the contract or invoice.

  • Sciascia Holz GmbH is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including transport disruptions, strikes, natural disasters, or customs clearance delays.

5. Quality & Inspection

  • We ensure all goods supplied meet the agreed quality and specifications.

  • The buyer must inspect goods upon receipt and notify us of any discrepancies within 7 working days.

  • No claims will be accepted after this period.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are handled according to our official Returns & Refunds Policy.

  • Only goods with prior written approval will be accepted for return.

7. Liability

  • Sciascia Holz GmbH is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Germany.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Germany.
