At Sciascia Holz GmbH, we value customer satisfaction and strive to ensure that all products meet the highest quality standards. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we have set a clear policy for returns and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or does not match the agreed specifications.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
A return request must be made within 7 working days of receiving the goods.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.
Used goods or items not in their original packaging.
Perishable items or goods that cannot be resold due to safety/hygiene reasons.
3. Refund Process
Once the returned goods are inspected and approved, a refund or replacement will be processed.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or as a credit note, depending on prior agreement.
Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to be completed after approval.
4. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item shipped or defective goods), Sciascia Holz GmbH will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is initiated for other reasons, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
